The high-performance mixing and dispersing machine DBI 2000 is suitable for batch preparation of the product using a circulation circuit, it is attached directly to the bottom of the reactor vessel. DBI 2000 provides suction, pumping of the product, its unloading and self-cleaning under CIP conditions. DBI 2000 has a patented two-stage design. This allows the preparation of the product using either one or both stages of the machine. The first stage of the DBI 2000 dispersing machine has a bottom agitator and a special rotor that works as a pump, creating turbulent flows in the reactor vessel and high circulation speeds, even for highly viscous products. The second stage of the DBI 2000 dispersing machine is equipped with a rotor-stator system, which guarantees high quality homogenization, in which the particles have a narrow size distribution amplitude. Suction of powders or liquids directly into the mixing chamber of the DBI 2000 dispersing machine is possible without an additional vacuum pump.
