All equipment undergoes thorough testing before sale. However, there are situations when the device fails due to a factory defect.

➞ Procedure for returning Equipment of inadequate quality (defective goods) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" :

  1. We provide free warranty repairs and device inspections. The term for eliminating equipment defects is up to 14 days .
  2. If the device cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same device. The Equipment replacement period is up to 14 days or by agreement of the Parties .

➞ Procedure for returning Equipment of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection":

  1. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the Equipment.
  2. Exchange of Equipment of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the invoice document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods have been preserved .

  • The provisions of the above-mentioned Law of Ukraine do not apply to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
  • Purchasing devices for one-time use ("free rental") is not permissible.
