Areas of application of our jaw crushers
Jaw crushers are used for coarse crushing of brittle, medium-hard and hard materials with a Mohs hardness of around 8.5. Depending on the model, crushing ratios of up to 1:200 are possible.
Our jaw crushers are available in two versions: a laboratory version with integrated controls, a loading chute and a collection container, and a version for installation in factories. The latter version does not have a loading chute, collection container and control unit.
Crushing and grinding in a jaw crusher takes place in a wedge-shaped crushing chamber between a fixed and a moving jaw. All our devices impress with a multitude of functions that make your work easier.
High final thinness up to 90% < 1 mm
Depending on the size of the crusher, the material and the installed crushing gap, a crushing ratio of up to 1:200 can be achieved.
The final fineness of the grinding is largely determined by the set discharge gap, stroke and material grinding.
Fixed cheek, made in the form of a door
This allows the crushing chamber to be opened quickly and without tools for cleaning, removing impurities and fully inspecting the wear of the crusher cheeks and side wear plates.
Continuously adjustable crushing gap
This can be read from the scale on the body or in the application. The zero point can be adjusted via the application and on the scale if the cheeks are worn.

This doubles the service life of the crusher jaws, as the main wear usually occurs in the area of the smallest crushing gap.
