Description

A new multifunctional dispersing system with good capabilities for operation on a production scale. Productivity reaches 300 l / h.


System features:

A variety of uses for the disperser: for mixing, dispersing or wet grinding.

Modular design: the main unit can be additionally equipped with various devices (rotor-stator systems with a circular speed of up to 40 m/s).

All elements of the disperser that are in contact with the processed product are made of stainless steel.

The control system allows you to adapt the device to specific rheological characteristics of the product.

The ultra-modern Labor Controller control module provides flexible control of the dispersion process parameters and their evaluation.

Single-chamber dispersing machine, consisting of the following elements: three-phase motor with switch, belt drive, single-stage dispersing chamber, generator, Teflon O-ring for the impeller rod, inlet flange, outlet flange.

The Azov flow-through machine is equipped with a single-stage dispersing module ULTRA-TURRAX® UTL. It is most suitable for batch processes and is usually built into a recirculation system with a working capacity. Depending on the number of product passes through the working chamber of the machine, it is possible to adjust the degree of dispersion, or in other words, to obtain both coarse and fine dispersions. Compared to a traditional mixer, the processing time is reduced by up to 50%.


With the help of additional modules, LABOR-PILOT can be easily converted into a machine that is ideal for other applications.


The DISPAX-REACTOR® DR module transforms the LABOR-PILOT into a multi-stage high-performance dispersing machine for grinding droplets and particles to particularly small sizes. In just one pass, the DR module allows for the production of fine dispersions with a very narrow particle size distribution. It also ensures optimal product homogeneity, which is particularly important for achieving long-term stability of emulsions and suspensions.


The MHD module is designed for continuous mixing of powders and liquids. When using this module, it is necessary to ensure proportional supply of the mixture components using volumetric or gravimetric dosing devices. Depending on the product characteristics, it is possible to obtain dispersions with a viscosity of up to 50 Pas or with a solids content of up to 80% in just one pass.


The MK Colloid Mill and MKO Cone Mill modules are used for wet fine grinding of solid or granular materials or for the production of particularly fine emulsions. One of the popular applications of the MK and MKO mills is the fine final dispersion of previously obtained emulsions or suspensions. The MK module consists of two cones with differently directed grooves cut into their surfaces. The cones can be moved relative to each other, changing the friction and throughput. The smooth adjustment of the gap between the rotor and stator allows you to control the size of the resulting particles. The MKO module uses the same principle as the MK module; the difference is that its lower part is coated with a particularly hard coating with an extremely coarse surface texture. The friction surface increased in this way allows you to obtain even finer suspensions with, accordingly, a lower throughput of the machine.
