Our ASM test sieve shakers are throw sieve shakers, they are used for the automatic sieving of all screenable bulk materials into individual grain fractions for the reproducible determination of grain size distributions.
We offer the ASM in two versions: ASM 200 as a table-top unit for holding test sieves up to Ø200 mm and the ASM 400 as a floor-standing unit for holding test sieves up to Ø400 mm.
Sieve Shaker ASM 200
The ASM 200 can now be controlled with the innovative “Lab-Co” app and offers the user new possibilities.
In particular, the ASM 200 impresses with the following features:
Electromagnetic drive with three-dimensional sieve movement
with vertical alignment. This movement ensures an even distribution of the screened material on the screen surface and ensures fast separation due to the high vertical portion of the screening movement.

Sieve Shaker ASM 400
The ASM 400 is a throw screening machine with a predominantly vertical screening motion, which is generated by a double unbalance motor drive. It impresses with the following features:
Stainless steel housing
The mechanical parts, the drive and the control electronics are housed in a sheet steel housing, most of which is made of stainless steel.
Quick release for fixing the screen tower
The sieve set is quickly and conveniently mounted on the vibrating table using quick-release clamps. The sieving process can be monitored through the Plexiglas lid.
Powerful unbalance motors
which reliably keep even high screening tower loads in oscillation and thus ensure a prerequisite for precise and reproducible classification.
Wet/dry screening
The ASM 400 can be used for wet screening with special accessories such as a special lid with spray device and a collecting vessel with outlet.
Innovative app control
The ASM 400 is also operated via the LabCo app using a smartphone or the optionally available HMI with two additional buttons for starting/stopping the machine.
