The DIN Open Spindle Kit (O-DINS-1) measures viscosity according to DIN 53019 and can be used with customer-specific tanks. The kit includes a single-walled open shell for rapid immersion in the sample liquid, as well as a coaxial cylindrical system for analyzing the sample at a defined shear rate and shear stress. The maximum viscosity measured is 50,000 mPa.
