The digital device with microprocessor control allows you to set the operating temperature in 0.1 ° C increments up to 99.9 ° C and in 1 ° C increments for temperatures above 100 ° C. The set temperature remains programmed even after the device is switched off. To prevent unintentional changes due to accidental pressing of a single key, the pre-setting is possible with only two fingers. The actual temperature is permanently displayed in 14 mm high digits after releasing the keys.

All models are equipped with an electronic power regulator, which allows you to adjust the heating power from 10 to 100% to prevent the burner from exceeding the set temperature and / or to prevent the effect of afterheating. The temperature of all precision burners is measured by a built-in fast-response sensor (PT 100).

All models are equipped with a 3-pole diode output socket (extra low voltage) allowing the connection of a contact thermometer or timer to heat or cool the device at set intervals. Thermal fuses to prevent overheating are also available at different stages of operation.

Thanks to asymmetric, fast-acting, special long-term heating and temperature sensors, as well as the adaptation of the power to the thermal requirements, an extremely precise temperature is achieved with very good uniform heating over the entire heating surface.

PZ 44 is an electric hotplate with automatic temperature control from 20 to 450 ° C. The required temperature is set on the digital controller and automatically remains constant. The actual temperature is constantly displayed in 13 mm high digits.

The long-acting electric heater can be used in three heating stages - 825 - 1650 - 3300 W. Each stage can be precisely adjusted from 10 to 100% using electronic power control to prevent overheating and any other heating due to excessive power. The heating stages 825 and 3300 W heat the entire area of the plate. The special table with a power of 1650 W heats only the right side of the plate. Due to the gradual heating, the temperature decreases from the right side to the left edge of the plate by approx. 40% (temperature drop)

The heating plate is made of one-piece GG 15 casting with low deformation. Cold housing, also in continuous operation. Material No. 1.4301, made of high-strength stainless steel. The central part is additionally painted orange. Four adjustable feet for additional stability. Robust construction, max. 150 kg. Plate load. Ready to connect with 1.5 m cable.

All models can also be supplied with a black heating surface.
