CERAN® - an unusual glass ceramic - is extremely resistant to breakage and temperature changes, does not deform, transmits ultraviolet light, and also has high acid resistance.
Design: The lightweight CERAN® plate is electrically heated over the entire surface and is embedded in a high-quality stainless steel frame, which is mounted on a stainless steel housing with internal insulation.
The temperature control is regulated by an electronic NiCr-Ni temperature sensor (adjustment range 50 to 500 ° C). The controller is built into a die-cast aluminum housing. The heating time to 500 ° C is approximately 8 minutes. In the EB series, the electrical connection between the controller and the burner is protected by a flexible metal hose.
