The IKA Pilotina MC mill is the ideal choice for grinding soft, viscous, elastic and fibrous materials, such as plants, plastic, feed pellets and much more.

The design guarantees excellent grinding quality, fineness of grinding, precise final particle size, as well as easy and fast cleaning. The powerful 1.5 kW drive makes the Pilotina MS an ideal pilot machine. The double bearing located in the door of the grinding chamber ensures cutting accuracy even under high loads.

Pilotina MC, based on a cutting mechanism, and Pilotina MI, based on a percussion mechanism, are very easy to operate. After turning on the main toggle switch that regulates the connection to the mains, further operation is connected only with two buttons responsible for starting and stopping the device. The size of the final particles is regulated by the size of the holes in the filters. They can be easily installed or replaced manually without additional tools. Thanks to these simple actions, the desired product of consistently high quality is guaranteed.

For a wide range of dry products, the Pilotina MU universal mill is recommended. This model is capable of both cutting and crushing the material. In addition, the Pilotina MU has the ability to adjust the speed of rotation of the grinding tool in accordance with the properties of the processed material.

But, regardless of the customer's requirements, user safety comes first at IKA! That is why the Pilotina can only start working with the door closed, and it cannot be opened until the machine has come to a complete stop. The design prevents the user from coming into contact with the grinding tool during loading and unloading.
