Dispenser

A disc vibratory mill is used to grind a sample of bulk material. The disc vibratory mill is equipped with grinding chambers made of tungsten carbide, optimized for installation in the AMP. Thus, after the specified grinding time, the working surface of the grinding chamber is raised and thus ensures a quick unloading of the material sample. The chamber is cleaned with an air jet using nozzles built into the grinding chamber.
Press
The pressing obtained after the main process of grinding the finely ground material takes place in a steel ring using a pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder. The cylinder allows for the implementation of a set cycle for pressure build-up, fixation and pressure release. After the pressing process is completed, the sample is sent to a control device. It checks the tablet press for minimum stability under the influence of vacuum.
Cleaning
To ensure fully automatic operation of the AMP system, the system components are cleaned after each crushing and pressing process using compressed air nozzles. The contaminated air generated during the cleaning process is collected in a storage tank via an internal dust collection pipe, which must be connected to an external dust removal system.
Management system
The PLC-based control system with logic controller and touch screen integrated into the machine housing provides simple and clear control of the machine. This allows you to set and save parameters such as grinding time, number of binder tablets and pressing parameters. In the event of an error, the text display makes it easier for the machine operator to localize the fault, which is a prerequisite for quickly returning the machine to automatic operation.

To increase accuracy, the control system can be used to specify how many partial samples should be generated from the main sample. These partial samples are temporarily stored in a carousel and then fed from the (-BT) module to the automatic grinding and pressing unit using a sample transport device.
